Entrance Exams for Our Son to Secondary School
Or, My Own Training

Today, April 12, 2018, I went with my son to Holešov for his secondary school entrance exams. They borrowed him for a while, and I spent my time listening to my inner voice. It led me to Rusava and then into the forest. This inner pause reignited my heart’s voice, reminding me once again how close I am to nature. On the way to Ondřejovská Hill (633m), I observed the awakening forest, birds, and their conversations in bird language—beautiful. A mysterious path led me to a remarkable place… T.O. Orleans. A beautifully maintained wooden cabin among stones and rocky outcrops seemed almost unreal. With a fire pit and seating for 20 people, a smokehouse, and a bit worn but readable map of the Hostýn Hills. The dry wooden toilet was clean, likely also because of the sign on its front reading “WC 15km.”

Another trail led my feet along a ridge for 300 meters, ending at rocky outcrops. I lay down on dry beech leaves and felt the spring sun. I quieted the sounds of civilization and searched for an answer to the question: “Why has humanity become so disconnected from nature?”

I see so many people today who long to live a healthy, simple life and are genuinely trying to find their way, as this phase of human development has not been seen before. Despite the noise of civilization, smog, and programs, I will continue to support those who truly see. See where the light shines and follow it despite the obstacles.

My experience today with the tree we named Beech

I’m lying on the leaves, with a rock under my head, looking up at the tree’s crown. It’s leafless, only with buds, so I can observe how all its branches grow. I’m curious how this particular tree managed to become skewed and then straightened, with its branches on one side being three times as robust as on the other side. I know that trees and plants, like all other living beings, stretch and turn towards sunlight when in the wild. So what force causes this?

The only thing that comes to mind is the tree’s leaves. The leaves are the driving force; they determine how the branches and the entire crown of the tree are angled and grow in a certain direction. It’s a force; it’s hard to bend a branch just by hand, yet these tiny leaves have such an impact on bending the branches and trunk.

And I further ponder what has the most significant influence on the direction and future of humanity. I must say it’s not political parties, which are more like the branches of a tree, nor is it the government, which represents the trunk. It’s ordinary people with their opinions, actions, and curiosity. For the future, what matters most is whether young people will be drawn towards the light. And it’s certain that youth is always drawn towards the light and won’t be deterred by withering branches.

Nature cannot be deceived by human laws. It will be here forever, and among today’s people, only those who adhere to natural laws will have the chance to spread their lineage across our planet.
