The smaller apartment (studio)
There is a lovely cosy apartment prepared for you right on the first floor of our homestead. The windows are situated on the west side, so you can see the whole valley we live in. It’s a magical view not just during sunset.
Spacious room in simple country style welcomes you in every season. There is a one double bed, a one separate bed and a couch which can be spreaded into another double bed.
Kitchenette features a fridge, two hotplates, a kettle, a microwave and dishes (including remoska). Basic spices are also part of the equipment. Storage spaces are available. The bathroom has besides toilet and wash-basim also a bathtub. Towels and bedding are included.
Parking spot is right in front of the house.
Our enormous garden has a lot of hidden spots for relaxing. Benches, fireplace and field for football, badminton or volleyball - all of this surrounded by calming trees and plants. From the garden to our forest it is within a few metres.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in indoor spaces.
Bigger Apartment
The bigger apartment
In our bigger apartment you can find two bedrooms - a twin room and triple room. The dominant of the capacious living room is a tiled stove for wood. There is also a big sofa (could works as a double bed) and TV screen. The fully equipped kitchenette has hotplates for cooking, oven, dishwasher and a lot of storage spaces. A kettle, a fridge with a freezer, cooking utensils and dishes (from our ceramic workshop) aren’t missing. You can enjoy your meal at the wooden table big enough for every family.
It is possible to add a crib for children.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and wash-basin. Towels are included. The toilet is separated.
Apartment is traditionally furnished mainly with wooden stuff. Most of the windows are situated on the southeast offering the view of the local church and Březina stream.
Price list
The smaller apartment (studio)
350,- CZK (15 €) per person and nigh in summer season 1.5.-31.10. (maximum is 5 persons)
350,- CZK (15 €) per person and night in winter season 1.11.-30.4.
50,-CZK (2 €) per a dog for and night.
Recreation fee in village Červená voda is 20 CZK (1 €) per night for an adult older than 18 years old.
The bigger apartment
450,-CZK (15 €) per person and nigh. (maximum is 5 persons)
Recreation fee in village Červená voda is 10 CZK (0,5 €) per night for an adult older than 18 years old.

Cancellation policy
In case of cancelling the stayment we will return 70% of the invoiced amount back.
In case of non-allowance of residence by the state we will return 100% or the invoiced amount back.

Moravský Karlov is a little village with German history known since 1630.
Turism
A lot of tourist routes lead through pure nature. Nearby are a few peaks higher more than 1000 m.a.s.l. (metres above sea level) - Jeřáb 10002,8 m.a.s.l., Králický Sněžník 1423,7 m.a.s.l. or Klepý 1143,6 m.a.s.l.
Also the border between Czech Republic and Germany is very close so you can visit Germany easily.

Winter sports centres are in Buková hora, ski areal Šanov, Čenkovice, Dolní Morava, České Petrovice with day and night skiing and ski school for children. There are also a lot of cross-country skiing routes for every lover of a snowy winter.
